Sam Kelt

Bachelor of Agriculture, Commerce (Economics)

Sam established Kelt Capital in 1987, with the aspirational objective of becoming the leading investment banking advisory and implementation business, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions, to the upper quartile of the private business sector. More recently Kelt Capital has transitioned to business acquisition on its own balance sheet. 

Hamish Kelt

Bachelor of Commerce (Economics & Finance)
Masters in International Business (Scholarship)

Hamish is passionate in creating value and driving positive change. Whilst studying at the University of Melbourne, he completed summer work placements at Sedgman (Chile) & Joy Wing Mau (China), rowed for the University internationally, worked at Grant Thornton (Australia) and launched charity initiatives, among other pursuits. At Kelt Capital, he specialises in building its forestry portfolio and modernising the firm.

Ben Kelt

Ben is a pending Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Canterbury University. He spent the 2019 year working at Kelt Capital and currently has an investment banking support role within the company.  Ben is fully involved across the Kelt Capital’s transaction base and has recently rearranged his University workload so that he can provide a more full-time role within the company.

James Bell

Bachelor of Business Studies

James comes from an accounting background and has over 20 years experience working in the meat and animal by-product industries. James joined Kelt Capital in 2017 and focuses on financial modelling.
