The three companies that make up the Kelt Financial Group are:
Kelt Capital Limited is a Hawke's Bay Merchant Banking business established in 1988. In twenty years of operation Kelt Capital has packaged and placed transactions in excess of $2 billion, including the restructuring and rationalisation of the North Island meat and wool processing industries.
Kelt Merchant Finance Limited has been incorporated to provide specialist banking facilities designed to complement the advisory services of Kelt Capital.
Kelt Finance Limited is a Financial Services Company formed through a partnership between Kelt Capital and South Canterbury Finance.
