Kelt Merchant Finance Limited is able to provide short term finance for acquisitions and in so doing ensure that the potential purchaser has the financial resources available to complete the acquisition.

Kelt Merchant Finance Limited also provides debt facilities for project financing, working alongside clients to ensure that the necessary structuring and financing is available to complete development projects.

Equity Underwriting Joint Venture Company Participation

In certain circumstances where a business requires an expanded capital base or alternatively a new business venture is being created by a capital subscription Kelt Merchant Finance Limited is able to provide an Equity Underwrite.

The provision of an Equity Underwrite will enable the manager of an existing business or the promoter of a new venture to continue the implementation of their business plan secure in the knowledge that the future capital subscription is underwritten.

Joint Venture Company Participation
