Kelt Capital Limited is a Hawke's Bay based merchant banking business established by Sam Kelt in 1988.

We have continually provided exceptional corporate banking advice to both regional and national business people to enable them to meet their strategic objectives focusing on the identification of the most appropriate financial structure and the implementation of that structure.

Merchant banking services include merger and acquisition, debt and equity structuring advice and implementation, asset and business acquisitions and joint venture structuring and implementation.

In twenty years of operation Kelt Capital has packaged and placed transactions in excess of $2 billion, including the restructuring and rationalisation of the North Island meat and wool processing industries.

Sam Kelt is Hawke's Bay born and bred with a real passion for the region. Kelt Capital has provided the energy and vision for the development of many regional projects including; the development of the Kelt Capital Hockey Academy, the Kelt Capital $1,200,000 Stakes, the Kelt Capital Horse of the Year show, the funding and support to assist NZ rowing representative Emma Twigg reach her Under 23 World Champion status.
